Where Are The Sinners?

Jesus said, "Those who are well have no need of a physician, but those who are sick". Mat 9:12 (NKJV).
In today's church most Christians think that going to church on Sunday is all that is needed. Spending time in church and fellowshipping with other Christian's is necessary but what happens afterward? My question has always, been are there people coming to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ in your church?
Jesus didn't spend his time in the Synagogue listening to the priests. Jesus spent his time preaching to sinners and teaching his disciples. Yes there will the occasional sinner who gives his life to Christ in a church service but really how often does that happen today? We as Christians must follow Jesus' example. We must go out to where the sinners are and lead them to Him. I call it sidewalk evangelism. Meeting sinners where they are. At work, at the mall, at a restaurant, or on the street.
Why don't we do this anymore? Go door to door and reach out to those who are hurting and inviting people to church. Most people say that they would go to church if someone invited them. If you are sitting in the comfortable pew every Sunday waiting for the sinners to come to you, you may be there for a long time. The church must reach out beyond the four walls of the building and reach out to the people who will spend their eternity in hell if no one leads them to Christ.
Men of God, stand up and take a vow that your ministry will be like Jesus ministry. Out side of the church where the people who need Him are living. Spread the gospel and tell them that there is hope and that Jesus is the only way.
